Magic Vista

in Outdoor

Magic Vista is one of those hidden treasures. I have dubbed it “magic” because it truly is a magical little spot and a perfect wedding venue. The views are unbeatable. You are right in the shadow and the heart centered energy of Sugar Loaf and Thunder Mountain rises above you with Coffee Pot. As you turn, you have a magnificent 360 degree view. Your eye comes to Soldier’s Pass and Brim’s Mesa (called Brim because an original settler kept his prize bull, Brim, up there grazing), and then Wilson Mountain and ShipRock. And then Schnebley Hill and around to the Find Out More

Tlaquepaque Chapel is a small chapel full of Old World charm situated toward the back of the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Center. The center, a picturesque landscape of quaint shops with unique handmade wares, manicured grounds, charming fountains, stucco and cobble stones, is designed to emulate a traditional Mexican pueblo. The chapel even has a bell tower. You’ll find fabulous photo opportunities for your wedding party at Tlaquepaque. Weddings are only held here in the evening when the shops have been closed for the night.  So, you’ll be virtually alone on the cobble stoned streets to bask in the romantic Find Out More

Unique Sedona Bridal Bouquet

in Weddings In Sedona

Outstanding example of a beautiful and very creative bridal bouquet! This bouquet was made by the bride herself from dozens of brooches. Each of the brooches was owned by a family member of both the bride and the groom. Each brooch had a story, a memory and a smile. This couple eloped. But they were not alone. Their family was right there in her hands in this very unique bouquet! To take a look at our equally beautiful, but more traditional bouquets, take a look at our bridal bouquet video.

The New Old West

in Commitment

This is such a fun and fabulous idea. An Old Western Style Wedding in the Red Rocks. These His and her Cowboy hats look so romantic with a beautiful bouquet in the Sunset. YeeHaa!

Sedona Prayer Rocks

in Vow Renewals

You see these piles of rocks or cairns all over Sedona. I call them “rock stupas.” Each rock is a prayer balanced precariously on another prayer. In some spiritual Sedona vortexes, there are hundreds of these cairns piled up–rock gardens of prayer. These rock stupas graced a wonderful vow renewal ceremony. Our couple added two rocks or two prayers of their own. Take a few deep breaths, relax and send your own prayers into the rocks. Many blessings!

Sedona Bridal Boots

in Planning

Shoes say a lot about a person. Wedding footwear says even more! We’ve seen some fancy feet in our time on many Sedona brides. We love these. These boots were made for walking, climbing, dancing, hopping and skipping with glee. This Sedona bride really put her best boot forward!

Including Children In Your Sedona Wedding Ceremony

in Vow Renewals

Often a wedding ceremony blends a new family. Grooms instantly become fathers–and bride’s become mothers. Sometimes the new family includes children from both sides. It’s a wonderful idea to include your children in your ceremony. There are so many ways to do it. Including a child makes them feel a part of the new family, welcomed and valuable. You may want to do a Candle Ceremony that includes a candle for the child. Or a Sand Ceremony in which the children each have their own vessel of colored sand to add to the blended sand vessel. Or you and your Find Out More
